Deryk is the director of Carbon Conservation Australia, which uses carbon finance to conserve tropical rainforests and also focuses on creating financial structures to benefit communities, climate change, forests and biodiversity. His position at Carbon Conservation has made him travel between Australia, Singapore, Indonesia and Africa.

Rachel manages media and campaigns at PathFinders, a non-profit in Hong Kong which protects vulnerable children and migrant mothers. She is an Integral Yoga practitioner and also delivers resilience & leadership workshops for teenage girls at Hong Kong public schools. She is passionate about empowering young people with the peace of mind and confidence to lead social change.

Anggi is currently studying in Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Russian Literature. Borneo-born Anggi has a strong interest in the natural resources of Borneo. She is also running a social enterprise named Eudosis, which employs women and underprivileged people.

Usha is a humanitarian, an administrator, and professionally a doctor. She was the President of Eternal Hope Nepal, an NGO devoted to helping the poor and underprivileged children in Nepal with education. She now works with Days For Girls as a Country Director for Nepal.

Mehak is a strong believer and supporter of women empowerment through the power of technology. She is currently involved with the Government in establishing Pakistan’s largest network of community-building co-working space for freelancers, called “Techhub Connect”. Being a core team member of Herself, she works towards helping women and youth monetize their skills, despite their socio-economic barriers and constraints.

She has also initiated a project in Pakistan for children and women living in slums by opening up an educational and awareness focused school.
